Opportunity in London for an Asian Project Space, Collective or Commercial Gallery

Seeking expressions of interest.

Enclave, an ambitious, newly built street of 10 gallery units in London, launches in March 2012, hosting national and international project spaces and galleries.

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a new or established Asian project space, collective or gallery to join a diverse host of international spaces at the site, renting at below market rates. This can include free additional use of an impressive 8 x 8 m gallery as an exhibition, performance, residency and events space 5 weeks annually.

The 4 x 8 m units available are highly finished, double height, heated, ground floor with glazed frontage and with full disabled access. Enclave offers a unique opportunity for start ups and experimental projects to establish a base in one of London’s most creative and up and coming hubs.

Confirmed tenants so far include Centre of Attention, An Architecture, Swedish and Nordic Project Space, Snowball Project Space, Occupy My Time, and Berlin’s Styx Project Space showing annually.

Enclave will launch with a month-long exhibition curated by temporarycontemporary, invited Project Spaces and will include projects selected by David Thorp, LUX, and artists Adam Christensen, Anthony Gross and Toby Huddlestone. Further details to be announced.

Application Deadline for Round 3 Submissions: January 10th, 2012
